The problem started 2 days ago
I retrieve my emails using Download headers
Procedure
- Header appears
- I choose to download
- The email downloads as empty (body)
- If I press Forward the header info only is in the forwarded email body
- If I try to open it, the header download box reappears This item has not been retrieved from the server etc)
- If there was an attachment the attachment disappears
- If I close and reopen Outlook the body reappears but not the attachment.
- I am using Win 7
- I have started a new PST file
- I have uninstalled my Security software (F-Secure and am using Windows security essentials)
- I have uninstalled Office and reinstalled and updated (Office immediately picked up my previous settings and default folders and pst files even though I installed it to a different drive on my PC.)
- I have spoken to my service provider and they can't help
- I have run all Office dignostics and Drive tools defrag and chek disk
