The problem started 2 days ago
I retrieve my emails using Download headers


Procedure

1. Header appears
2. I choose to download
3. The email downloads as empty (body)
4. If I press Forward the header info only is in the forwarded email body
5. If I try to open it, the header download box reappears This item has not been retrieved from the server etc)
6. If there was an attachment the attachment disappears
7. If I close and reopen Outlook the body reappears but not the attachment.

1. I am using Win 7
2. I have started a new PST file
3. I have uninstalled my Security software (F-Secure and am using Windows security essentials)
4. I have uninstalled Office and reinstalled and updated (Office immediately picked up my previous settings and default folders and pst files even though I installed it to a different drive on my PC.)
5. I have spoken to my service provider and they can't help
6. I have run all Office dignostics and Drive tools defrag and chek disk
