SMTP error from remote server in greeting

> host mx01.ndc.cevalogistics.com[63.166.215.100]: > 554 mx01.ndc.cevalogistics.com This is the error I get when trying to send an email. This only happens when trying to send it to one person, everyone else its just fine. Other people in the office can also send him email.
