I created an Outlook email so that I can check my emais with Outlook, created a new inbox and is working fine.
I forgot to activate the box for keeping emial in the server, and now all my emails are lost, they aren't in my inbox in Outlook or in my server.

How can I recuperate these emails? My Outlook inbox is empty, except for nex email received today. i looked in other files, as eliminated, sent, etc and there are no e mails. Please help!!!!!
