setting up two different businesses

I have been searching the web to try and figure this out and have not been able to find the answer, I have two separate businesses that I want to use Outlook 2010 for. I do not want them to share any emails, contacts, calenders, task lists or anything like that. How do I set up two completely separate accounts in Outlook 2010?

Outlook 2010 will reply using the account whose folders you are viewing. If you add two accounts in one profile its a little easier because you don't need to close and reopen outlook.

To make two profiles go to Control panel and search for Mail - make one profile for each account and set outlook to ask which profile when you start it.

Thank you Diane, I tried to follow your advise but was having a hard time finding the Control Panel. I finally did a search for that and found this site- http://support.risualblogs.com/blog/...anel-location/. Basically I ended up cutting and pasting the location he provided in my run box and finally got to the Control Panel.

Here is the location of the mail control panel just in case you cannot see it in the list of control panels that are available:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\MLCFG32.CPL
OR
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\MLCFG32.CPL
You can simply copy and paste the lines above into a run box to display the mail setup control panel:

After I did that, everything was easy to do. Thank you so much! I don't know why I couldn't find the Control Panel in Outlook when I had it open. I still haven't found it from Outlook. Only when I did the search in my run box.

Anyhow, I got it set up the way I wanted and I appreciate your help.
