Copy Data from Old Outlook to New Outlook

The attachment#1 was a MS Word document and within was several "Screen Captures" of my Older Outlook Pop up screen (showing where to send/copy the exported data backup).

I just to not have the time currently to solve my problem and read up on all this..
sorry since you were prompt in helping me. Perhaps next week or two I will get to all of this.
