Windows 11 V 1000.29429.1000.0 Microsoft 365 Office Copilot V19.2512.49061.0 (Microsoft 365 Personal?) Outlook V1.2025.1208.200 New Older Outlook V16 Hello: I want to copy data from my older computer with Outlook to my new Outlook. Having a hard time in doing this. See the attachment #1. I know I have to click on Export Comma Separated Values and then do not know what folder/file to click on (to save); That is, Outlook Data files 6-4-23 Or syberguyxxx @ outlook.com Also, I use Outlook only for Contacts (including Notes), Tasks, Emails and Calendars. And none of the other features, generally speaking. Further, I believe there are two data bases, but use only one of them. Any help will be most appreciated, Se Se |
