Outlook (classic) 365 Problem mit der Signatur

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit der Signatur bei unterschiedlichem Zugriff auf ein und dasselbe Postfach.

Es haben 3 Leute an unterschiedlichen Rechnen Zugriff auf ein Exchange Postfach, die angewendete Signatur ist immer bei allen gleich, egal wer sie ändert.
Angeblicher Grund ist die Speicherung auf dem Exchange Server (365) und alle greifen darauf zu.
Bei Office 2016 waren die Signaturen noch auf dem lokalen Rechner abgelegt, da funktionierte noch alles normal.

Frage: Hat jemand hierfür eine Lösung, so dass jeder Benutzer eine eigene Signatur behält ?
