Hi all,
Has anyone come across this issue before? When we try to move emails from the Inbox to an existing subfolder, we get an error saying: "You've reached the maximum limit. Please delete old emails." Is there any workaround for this besides creating a new subfolder to move the emails into? Appreciate any suggestions or fixes that have worked for you |

Are you sure that it is only complaining about the size of the subfolder? That's a generic error, but Outlook usually uses it when your total mailbox size is too large.

After deleting (or archiving) old messages, compress the pst file to reclaim space:
Right-click the top-level mailbox in the folder pane of the main Outlook UI. Choose "Data File Properties..." Choose "Advanced" Choose "Compact Now" |
