As far as I know, once the Outlook events have been shared/imported to your Google account, they (obviously) should sync with any other devices that are connected to that Google account.
Android or iOS phone? Using the GMail app on your phone, thru a browser, or some other app? If you manually add a new event to your Google Calendar on your PC does it sync to your phone?
