When I look at a contact in Outlook on my Windows 11 pc, not all the details are shown. For example, notes & birthdays do not appear.
Yet they appear when I look at a contact in Outlook on my Andriod (Samsung S24) phone. Why is this, and how do I get to see everything on my Windows pc? Thanks in advance |

Please see this Microsoft Support article and reply with what version of Outlook you are using on the Win11 PC.

The People/Contact app in New Outlook is, how shall I put this, still a Work In Progress. All I can suggest is that you create a new, test, contact in New Outlook. Edit it and fill in the "+ Add others" and "Notes" fields. And see how that shows up on your other devices. This will at least give you an idea of how the fields are being mapped.

Thanks
Think it best to just revert to the older version |
