When I look at a contact in Outlook on my Windows 11 pc, not all the details are shown. For example, notes & birthdays do not appear.

Yet they appear when I look at a contact in Outlook on my Andriod (Samsung S24) phone.

Why is this, and how do I get to see everything on my Windows pc?
