No sure fix, but here are some things to try.
1) Clear any filters (Microsoft may have added them) and check the Folder Type on the new PC. Fix the Outlook Folder Type after Exporting an IMAP Account 2) Create a new empty PST on the old PC, copy the emails into it, and then open that on the new PC. (Certainly want to test with a sample first)
