|Blocking Invalid email addresses

I am receiving numerous emails which are impossible to block via junk mail. When trying to block i get the following message: "The email address or domain you have entered is not valid etc."

The site email is in the following format

site name <"✅[site name✅___________________________string of numbers">

Would appreciate help to get rid as they are becoming a nuisance
