Outlook search is suddenly failing

I have tried all of the usual remedies.
Nothing works.
It just says " You may not be seeing all search results because we are still organizing some items. 596 remaining.
It has been saying this for several days.
I only have 596 CONTACTS; that should take a few seconds.

I am running latest Office 365 version
On latest Windows 11 version.

Any brilliant ideas, please.

I gather no one knows how to fix this!

It astounds me that Google's Contacts and Calendar are so much better than Outlook. They actually work as they should every single day PERIOD.
