Follow these steps to locate if you have an exchange account:
1. Select file 2. Account Settings All configured account will be shown in this window. Remove the exchange account, if visible. It is also possible you have a profile that will also need to be removed. 1. Select the Windows symbol, > Control Panel 2. Change this to classic view and search for the mail icon 3. Select Show profiles. Hope this information was found helpful
