Default Problem with 2nd user being able to open Outlook.

I just upgraded my system to Windows 7. I reloaded Microsoft Office 2007. In my administrator account i started Outlook and imported my old PST file.

I created multiple user accounts for my family members on my system. When they attempt to open Outlook under their user account the receive the following message.

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. File Acces is denied. You do not have the permision required to access the file C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\ Outlook.ps t.

Any ideas on how I can fix this???
