Bigbadger,

I am only aware of these all being accomplished through an exchange environment. However, the way to test this theory is simple. Whom ever the owner is of the contact list, have them, using Outlook, go into the contact list they wish to share.
- right click the list, scroll down to Share
- Select folder permissions and see if you can give permissions to all users that will have access to this list.

Once completed, use these steps to open the contact list;

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. In the Navigation Pane at the bottom-left-hand corner of your Outlook Window, click the resource you would like to view, for example someone's contacts.
3. Click Open a Shared Contact.
4. Type in the email address or the persons name you are looking for and click OK

Hope this helps.
