NO - Just client Outlook 2007
- Does your hosted provider have something called Public Folders?
ISP does not provide any service - I think
- Who is the owner of marketing addresses? Meaning user 1, user2, user3.
Marketing address is a separate account - or will be if that is the way to go
- Have you attempted to share this address book with the other users by using the permissions panel or assigning the other users as delegates to the owner of the contact list?
Have not but can this be done without an Exchange Server?

To give you a clearer picture - three different company accounts user1@newcompany.com, user2@newcompany.com etc - I thought I could setup another account marketing@newcompany.com and somehow share this thru Windows Live mail - remebering that it is only the contact info I am interested in
