Download sent emails

I am a newbie to this site.
I have had a system crash and had to re install windows. I have lost all the data form my outlook (I know!!!!).

I have manged to download all my inbox emails from my webmail server (Sky). However does any one know how I can downolad the emails from my sent folder which are all on the server?
IMAP done seem to sync previous sent items (unless I am doing something wrong).
I would really appreciate any help anyone can offer.
