![]() Hi, i have been replying to an email from a company but they are not receiving it. i am receiving emails from them. I dont think i have blocked a company address , any ideas please Office 2016 Regards Richard |

Your company's domain or your email address may have been blocked. You can ask that their IT folks add your domain and/or email to their "whitelist."
But my experience has been that getting unblocked is not easy. I was in in regular contact with maybe ten people from an organization, but one could not receive emails from me. We ended up corresponding through my antediluvian Hotmail account! |
