I apologize in advance if this issue has already been addressed in this forum. My issue is that I have a folder that I created that keeps disappearing from the folder list. I can create a new folder using the same name, and the email that I had moved into the original folder will show up in the new folder, but as soon as I hit the Send/Receive button, the folder disappears from the list again. I have spent a fair amount of time looking for solutions, and I have found articles referring to Views or Filters, but nothing has worked so far. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Ok. Solved my own problem, but still not sure what the underlying issue was to begin with. The fact that I could recreate the folder using the same name, and all of the email would repopulate in the new folder indicated to me the issue was with the folder as the email was clearly still in there somewhere. On a whim, I recreated the folder again, confirmed the email had repopulated, and then renamed the folder. I clicked on the Send/Receive button, and was pleasantly surprised to see the folder did not disappear out of the list. I then renamed it back to what it was originally, and performed the same test...still there!! Again, no idea what the issue was, but sometimes it doesn't pay to ask too many questions. Revel in the victory, and move on!!
