I am transferring Outlook mail etc to another PC. Both PCs are using Windows 10. I am transferring from Outlook 2010 to Outlook 2016. On my older PC I have a number of Personal Folders containing emails; these relate friends, relatives etc. Because I need to synchronise data with Apple devices I use Apple iCloud and IMAP files. All mail for my 3 email accounts has transferred correctly but I am missing all the Personal Folders and their mail contents. I know they still exist because they still show in Outlook 2010. Can anyone help please?

I have resolved this problem. It was a .pst file that was not included in the Data Files list: I added it into the list, made it the Default File, and bingo, problem solved.
