I have recently changed my internet service provider but have a period of grace where I still have an email account with that previous isp and so I have been using Outlook for emails with that previous provider.
I have been using the web site for the new provider to send and receive emails using my new email address and have retained Outlook for emails from my previous provider. I would like to use Outlook with my new internet service provider but am concerned that I will lose all previous emails (from previous provider). I am using IMAP. How can I backup all existing emails in the INBOX so that I can refer to them at a later date? I wondered about using OUTLOOK ARCHIVE (to a pst file) but can I view them in pst file and if not how can I? Thanks |
