Just like Outlook 2007 you can right click any folder, e.g your account Inbox, and you can add it to your favorites.
This has been the same functionality since 2003. Note: If you have client side rules that move messages form your Inbox to a designated folder you will need to add each folder to your favorites. Enjoy |

Thank you very much for your input SpiderTech.... I have now done that and at least I have a smaller spread of lines to look at BUT still all are shown as separate accounts. What I had in 2003 and 2007 (without any special clicks) was ALL Incoming from all accounts showing only in Incoming (same for Sent). Is there a way that I can achieve this in Outlook 2010?
Best to you. |

Unfortunately not from my research. I have checked and double checked. It would appear there are no options to combine the favorites folders.
This seems intended to keep messages separate for each account. You can, not recommended by me, create a client side rule to have all message going into one account moved to a specified folder. You can then create rules to have all mail going into one folder. Hope this information was helpful. hosted exchange provided by VAR Dynamics |
