Outlook2007 sync problem in iCloud

I no longer see my iCloud contacts in Outlook2007. When trying to resync them I get the message:

"Outlook setup for iCloud"

"Outlook configuration problem"

"Setup can't continue because Outlook isn't configured to have a default profile. Check your Outlook and try again."

I don't know what this means and neither did the folks at iCloud.

Anybody know how to create a "default profile" in Outlook2007?
