Outlook add-in not working
I have installed an outlook add-in but for whatever reason, the location file of the add-in does not show up on the outlook add-in list. I have attached an image of the problem. Does anyone know why this is happening?
I have installed this add-in on other computers and they all work just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
