I must be missing something here but I don't understand how outlook rules can work for catching spam if they are are case sensitive. Spammers must laugh at these rules because they simply change the case of the words with every email.
I have had this problem for years and would have thought in outlook 2016 there would at least be an option to ignore case. In fact I don't see why anyone would need a rule to be case sensitive. Having many different email addresses I am finding that spam is getting worse every year. Am I missing something or is that just the way it is and it never going to change ? |
