This is my first post. Took me a few to get here as I am not fluent in math and that random question got me to thinking. I am using Windows 10 with Microsoft Office Outlook 2019. When I open up to get my mail it has a red circle with small black x letting me know I am working offline and this is preventing my e-mail from being sent or received. After google searching I found where it tells me to go to the send/receive icon, find work offline, click it and it will change to work online. But mine does not have that option. When I click send/receive, it sends and receives. I have tried to click the work offline but to no avail. I even uninstalled Microsoft Office Professional 2019 (outlook came as part of the bundle) and then reinstalled it thinking this would take care of the problem but when all was said and done it still has the work office red circle black x. Before the 2019 I was using 2013 and it had the option to click work offline to change it back to work online. I am now at a loss on what to do. I know it probably is just a simple procedure but for the life of me I don't know what step to take. If you need further information just ask and I will do my best to help.
