I don't know if I am suppose to post when the last post was mine but this is a continuation of that post. As I stated in my last post I did what gmayor suggested where I just clicked send/receive to force my mail to arrive. I tried this today and I received 3 emails. I still have the red circle with the small black x (work offline) but I think that problem is with Microsoft and not with me.

Now that I am able to send and receive by force, I feel my problem has been solved. Thanks gmajor for your help and just to let the board know if I have anything else I need help with I will most definitely come back.
