This thread should be closed, use your other thread Outlook 2013 email addresses not syncing instead.

Multiple threads on the same topic will confuse everyone.

Based on the vast amount of responses to my question, I would say if you as the moderator feel it should be closed, go ahead.
I had completely forgot about asking this question back in December and thus my reason for popping it on here again.

Just received this note!

"I completely agree with Lugh. Multiple thread on the same topic only sow confusion and are a drain on members' time.
@andoheb
If your posts are not answered within, say one day, you can always bump the thread.

Receiving no replies on that thread, I totally forgot about it and thus I posted it up here again.
As to bumping up a thread, I had no idea one could do that and have no idea as how to do it.

It means post a reply to your thread after a day or two, just something like "Any ideas?" or "Can anyone offer a suggestion about this?"

Doing this will 'bump' your thread to the top of people's unread posts queue, thus getting repeat attention.

Of course, since everyone here is a volunteer and user just like you and I, it's always possible nobody will have the knowledge to help you out.

Ok, thanks so much for the 'how to do the bump' thing. Simple enough.
