Default Outlook 2010 duplicate email folders

I recently deleted an email account in Outlook so I could reinstall it. When I deleted it, it left a residual blank "email folder", when I reinstalled the email address, it added the new folders for the email account, but left the old residual folder. How do i get rid of this residual folder, it doesn't seem to be associated with any email account, since when i delete the email account, the folder remains??????

How did you delete the email account? Did you go into Control Panel > Mail > Email Accounts to delete the account?
