Thanks for the reply. I can follow the instructions without problems, but when I click on 'signatures' the little window with two tabs doesn't pop up. This relates to trying to create a signature. I believe it's an installation problem ie, the program that provides that feature isn't running. I tried this on another computer with the same software and it works exactly as advertised. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing Outlook several times to no avail. Any more ideas?
