Instead of importing it to Outlook please try to add it through below steps and check
Open Microsoft Outlook in Windows
Click the File tab.
In the Info category, click the Account Settings button, and then click Account Settings.
In the Account Settings window, click the Data Files tab.
Click Add, and browse the PST file which you copied from Mac ABC.PST and then click OK.
Close Outlook and relaunch it again you can able to find the PST file added below.
