Any AV settings that might block the incoming mails?

Same anti-virus (Eset) that's been used for years, one day emails just stopped. They're sitting there on the server, if the anti-virus was blocking something I would expect a Send / Receive error but no error and Send / Receive completes successfully but no new mail is brought down.
My next step is to delete the profile and recreate it but it's such a nuisance but it's the only thing I haven't tried. |
