Instead of moving the content to an inappropriate folder, such as the Drafts folder, you might try moving any messages you want to keep to the relevant subject folders and deleting any unwanted messages.



As for the crashing itself, have you tried repairing the Office installation (via Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office (version) > Change > Repair)?
