Setting up IMAP email account fails

I have the same issue. Did you find a solution? My issues (according to a wireshark capture) shows OUTLOOK is not sending the email address in the SMTP conversation.

THoughts?

Sorry I cannot find any notes as to how I resolved it and no longer use this version of Outlook. Good luck.
