Windows 7 64bit Outlook for G Suite emails showing wrong dates

Issue persists since I am using G Suite (Gmail for business) I contacted their support and they advised me to use a different client for a testing purpose and I did use Thunderbird no issue at all with emails dates.

Hence G suite support advised me issue with Outlook not with G Suite

Dates that outlook is showing are migration dates when I migrated outlook to G Suite server
