Default Wrong dates but correct figures

Hi

When I want to insert a figure, the typical browser window opens and when I go to the directory, I see files that are older than the actual date of saving the file (when I open the directory using the explorer).

Is this a bug? Can somebody confirm this?
Restarting the computer doesn't help

Cheers

Renger
