I exported a small contact sub folder to a CSV file so I could clean it up more easily. I then deleted the contents of that contact folder and imported the corrected contacts back into it. Now when I go to a received email from one of those contacts and hover over the senders address the pop up box does not display all the information as before and if I right click on it gives me an option to "Add to Outlook Contacts".
-------Why? It is already in a contact folder. If i choose to add it to outlook contacts a duplicate contact file is created in the default contact folder. I then need to delete the existing entry and drag the new file from the contacts folder to the sub folder. Not a pain as it is only ten contacts. But this was a test precluding the 300+ I have in other folders. What did i Miss? Whats wrong? |
