After trying several repair options to no avail, I restored windows to an earlier version before the 5/21 upgrade and before the installation of the memory. This fixed the outlook problem. However when I bring up control panel it remains onscreen for 10 seconds and disappears. This problem arose at the same time as the outlook problem. The control panel problem remains. Any suggestions?
