Hello,

This is my first time inside this forum and I am a 73 years old newbie to online forums. In November I had to change my computer, and the technicians at the computer shop transferred my documents and files to the new computer. MS Office 2010 was reinstalled and when I tried to restore the outlook .pst files only three of the 4 email accounts were showing inside the outlook page. After watching several videos from YouTube, and reading the help section for outlook on the Microsoft website. I created the missing email account, but it did not work. I again followed the Microsoft instructions on repairing outlook, but the 4th account is still not showing up in my outlook account.

Any help and or suggestion on how to finally fix this will be appreciated.

I have noticed that some emails that were supposed to be in the 4th account are showing up in the other three accounts.
