I have two separate email accounts in my Outlook. In addition, I have a "Favorites" which appears to union both my emails together in the Inbox. In other words, if you send an email to either one of my accounts, they will go into my "favorites" inbox. This is fine.
However, when I send an email from one account, it sometimes goes in the "sent" email of the other account. Sometimes it goes to the "sent" email in my favorites account. There appears to be no rhyme or reason to it. Similarly, when I delete an email from one account, it sometimes goes to the "Deleted Items" folder of the other account. Ideally I would like have the "Favorites" be a combination of everything for Inbox, sent, and deleted, and then the individual accounts house the inbox, sent, and deleted folders for their respective emails. However, this is not working. I don't see what settings I can change. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, BB Last edited by pa2mdbb; 01-18-2016 at 09:18 AM. Reason: changed outlook version |
