![]() Hi all, I want to know if there's a way like the below steps 1) I send an email to a group requesting they read the file attached to the email 2) Members of group press a button in their email to confirm they've read and understood the file attached 3) The button transmits to me which individuals have read the file attachment, including the date /time the button was pressed Is this possible? Thanks |

I can't see any way to do that without macros and you cannot associate a macro with an e-mail message, as it would be a wide open invitation to those with malicious intent.
The nearest to your request is covered on my web site at http://www.gmayor.com/EMail_Response.htm, however, that only gets the users back as far as your web site, where you could no doubt process the responses.
