Default Creating button in Outlook for readers to send back a standard message

Hi all,

I want to know if there's a way like the below steps

1) I send an email to a group requesting they read the file attached to the email
2) Members of group press a button in their email to confirm they've read and understood the file attached
3) The button transmits to me which individuals have read the file attachment, including the date /time the button was pressed

Is this possible?

Thanks
