Hi
A user is complaining about Outlook behaviour.

It is a new Lenovo i7 Win7 64 bit computer running Office 2016, and a new IMAP email account hosted by her ISP

I played around a user's Outlook 2016 this morning; I took a few screen shots during these tests.
All contacts are visible when accessed via the People tab:

Some of these contacts however can't be reached when queried via the AdressBook or when writing a new email:


The suggested (Auto Complete) behaves the same way, it works for contacts that are reachable via the People tab, but not for those that can't be reached via the AddressBook, and there is only one address book available:

Nonetheless for contacts that are accessible from both People tab and AddressBook view, the contact sheet (view) is exactly the same AddressBook view
Any ideas on what could be causing this phenomenon ?
