Dear all,
This is my first post in the forum Please let me know if i am posting in a wrong place or in a wrong format. I am using Outlook 2003 in my PC and Outlook 2011 in my MAc My question is: When ever I get an e-mail from a person who is not my contact list, I would like that outlook will automatically save the contact information if i reply to that person. is it possible to set this up? thank you |

In Outlook 2003 addresses you reply to are added to your autocomplete cache. This list is not permanent and addresses you want to keep should be added to your Contacts folder, either manually with a right click on the address using an automated tool like Microsofts AdContact.exe or Sperry Softwares Add Email Address tool.
Microsofts AdContact.exe: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=198725 Sperry Softwares Add Email Address tool: http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outloo...il-Address.asp |
