I was able to resolve the posted issue. However, I have now two data vile open. In each file I have my project folder. Normally all incoming and outgoing mails of a particular project saved in project file. Now part in one one Data file and part in another data file. Is there a way both can be combined. One data file is my back-up file and the other is resident in Documents and settings. Is it possible to replace the .pst file in Documents and setting with the Pst file in my back-up folder?
