Default Outlook: Hyperlink shows "Microsoft Office" files not "ALL"

How do I change the settings for Outlook, so that when I click on hyperlink and want to link in a directory for a file it will show the types as "ALL" and not "Microsoft Office" files?

Anyone know if this is possible?
