Windows XP Microsoft Outlook-a data file did not close properly etc.,

Microsoft Outlook-a data file did not close properly etc.,

The popup, (at bottom near taskbar) in my attachment, keeps coming up when i open Microsoft Outlook 2007. Any ideas how to stop it coming up please?

I did a repair on it.
